・ Review ・ETUDE HOUSE Minnie kissing lips (#1 Minnie Red)

              Badly applied, sorry.

Hello everyone! Today I'm really excited to share with you a review of another lovely red lipstick, this time from the korean brand Etude House, which is my favorite korean brand. This lipstick it's from the "xoxo Minnie Collection" a collaboration released in October with Disney, which featured Minnie. I know I'm a bit late but it took so long to get here since it was blocked by the customs ><
Anyway, I've got it from the super sweet Alice of w2beauty, Thank you so much Alice! ♡
This collection offers a large range of cosmetics, nail polishes and fake lashes.
I've got a lipstick, you can find it in 2 different shades, pink and red, and I've chosen the red one (yes, you've heard me right, not the pink one lol) which I love! and the blush which I'm going to review in my next post. (Here's  the whole package)
The packaging is just too lovely and girly! While the lipstick it's of a really gorgeous vivid and deep red, I'd say a sexy red which gives a fuller look to your lips. I want to add that I love how it looks like on my skin tone.
Also, it has a good pigmentation and the texture is just perfect for my dry lips, really creamy and moisturizing.
It's quite scented, I'd say a sweet peachy scent? but it's not too strong. Anyway, I like it! It's quite similar to my MAC Viva Glam Rihanna, just without the frost finish, also it makes my eyes pop the same way and unfortunately it's a limited edition as well. So if you were searching for an affordable Viva Glam Rihanna dupe here it is! Also, it's not really long lasting, it goes away after eating or drinking, so you always need to re-apply it.. otherwise it can last for about 3 hours. What to say.. this is absolutely going to join the family of my favorite reds. What do you think about it? Leave a comment and let me know! Don't forget to follow my facebook page for more updates! :)
You can buy this lipstick and many other korean cosmetics, plus, you'll also receive loads of extra samples (I've also got a yummy korean candy) from the amazing website W2BEAUTY
See you soon! (✿◠‿◠)

・ Review + Swatches ・Etude House Rosy Tint Lips (06 English Garden)

Hello everyone!! :) ♡
I apologize with you all because It's been more than one month since my last post due to my exams etc ><
But I'm back and today I want to show you something that looks really lovely! (but it's quite disappointing for me)
I'm talking about the popular "Rosy Tint Lips" 7g (0.24 oz.) by Etude House from the collection ‘&Rose’
A creamy and velvety lip tint that comes in a hard tube (a super hard tube)
Well, I have to say that I'm  not a huge fan of this product, the colour range it's amazing and I love them all, in fact It's been really hard to just choose one, but the texture it's quite eww.. I mean if you have dry lips you really can't wear it! (or try to exfoliate or moisturize before applying it, but I really do not recommend you this product) They say about it " It will stay on
without dryness or stickyness" okay, it's not sticky but surely makes my lips super dry.
Also, it's really hard to squeeze the packaging to get the product out (well, at least for me since I have the same strength of a sloth) Anyway, I've got the shade number #06 called "English Garden" (written like this; 6호 잉글리쉬 가든) it's a pale barbie pink, I really like this shade even if I think it's too pale for me, but I think there are other shades like "Before Blossom" and "Sweet Poison" which are definitely better. Also, I find quite unhygienic to use it directly from the sponge (which is hard as well) so I prefer to apply it with a lips brush.
The other good thing, apart its really cute packaging and their gorgeous colour range, is that it's really long lasting, after drinking and eating it was still perfectly there :)
So.. overall I'd say I would love to try a different shade but I'm not sure If I would really buy it again... I mean Etude House makes a lot of amazing products so I'd probably prefer to try another thing. What about you? what do you think about it? comment below and let me know
xoxo

IT
Ciao a tutti!! :) ♡

・ Review + Swatches ・ Etude House Tear Drop Liner (#3 Pearl)

Etude House Tear Drop Liner, a super glittery and shining eyeliner that will make your eyes pop!
I like to apply it in the inner corner of my eyes but you can use it in other different ways like underneath your eye or as a double line etc. Anyway.. There are 3 shades of this eyeliner: Pearl Tear, White Tear and Silver Tear, mine is (#03 Pearl Tear) I'd say a pinky white filled with glitters. It comes in a cute yet simple packaging with a thin soft brush which helps you to get a perfect application and the amount it's quite a lot.
It definitely makes my eyes bigger and brighter, I think it's perfect if you wish to achieve a sweet look, also love that it's really really highlighting!
I've never tried something like this before, I've always used eyeshadows to get this effect (especially verve from the naked2 palette), but this works absolutely better and I can say I'm really happy with it!
But.. too bad it becomes quite dry after a while and starts to crumble in many little glittery pieces all over your face.. so you always need to check it. >< It's such a pity because this is probably the only negative thing so I'm disappointed.. it would have been perfect. Overall, I think I'd like to try a different shade, because it really makes the difference and except for that "little" issue it's fantastic!
Here are some swatches and how it looks like on me, what do you think about it?
Have you ever tried it or something similar? Comment below and let me know! ♥ :)

・ Review + Swatches ・Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk #PK013

Etude House "Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk" ($9.98 for 3.4g 0.11 o.z)  starting from the packaging.. as always Etude House makes the prettiest packagings! This lipstick comes in a super cute light pink tube which resembles a tulip, featuring a small lilac plastic bow on the bottom also,  there's a crowned heart on the lipstick. I own the shade from the pink range "Pink-Talk" called: #PK013 (also known as 두근거리는 핑크) a buildable bright pink (yes, pink as always lol), but you can find a huge range of shades, so many beautiful and different shades that make it so hard to pick just one!
What they say on its packaging: "Smooth textured lipstick supplies vivid color and moist shine. Directions: Twist to dispense makeup and apply evenly on lips." (you don't say?!)
This lipstick It's really pigmented and  when you apply it on the lips it feels like you've just touched your lips with velvet. It's quite long-lasting but neither drying nor hydrating while worn, it seems slightly moisturizing initially but after a while, it just seems neither drying nor hydrating. It's not scented at all neither has a particular taste. It gives a soft sheen to the lips but still has a matte finish. I can say I love it sooo much, that's why Etude House it's one of my favourite brands. But.. it's a pity that there's just a small amount of it in the tube since I'm planning to use it really often. Anyway, I bought mine on cosmetic.jolse.com they're so fast and their prices are the best!  ♥
What do you think about it? comment below and let me know!
I'm planning to get a new shade of this lipstick, any suggestion? :)

・ Review + Swatches ・Etude House, Sweet Recipe - Baby Choux Base

After Long time...Here I am again!! yayy (^-^)/
Today I want to talk about something I've been using for a while... something that I really love!
It's the Barry Choux Base from the Etude House Collection SWEET RECIPE!!

A makeup primer & base with SPF25 PA++!! (UV INTERCEPTION)
First of all the packaging it's really chic/classy and even if it's small it contains 25g and you just need to use a little amount of it.

The smell it's sooo good!! It really smells like a cake or smth! Almost makes you want to eat it, lol

Mine is in #02 Berry Choux, but you can find the Baby Choux Base in other two variants: Mint Choux and Peach Choux.

You need:

  • Clean skin
  • Baby Choux Base
  • 1 Spoon of Moisture
  • 2 Spoons of Soft Smoothness

It's perfect for my pale skin since it's brithening and It's makes your skin soft and smooth!
It looks like porcelain. :) ♥
Also It's really really easy to apply and blend since the creamy texture it's awesome!
It lasts for about 6 or 7 hours
This is my first time using a base so I can't compare it with any other base, but I can tell that I really like it.
The prince is around  $13.14 I bought mine on ebay.

This is how it looks like on my face, I don't even use BB creams or foundations on it, just a bit of blush, because it's perfect alone!

So.. hope you like it!!

・ Review + Swatches ・ Etude House, Lovely Cookie Blusher.

Here's another blush post. This time it's the Lovely Cookie Blusher by Etude House (my favorite korean brand) in 2 shades, Raspberry Tarte (Pink/Fuchsia) and Carrot Cheesecake (Orange/peach)

I've bought the Carrot Cheesecake online on ebay, while the Raspberry Tarte in Korea last summer.
Love them! They're my favorites blushes with the cutest packaging ever!! ♥♥

The Pink one  has a stronger shade, while the peachy one it's more light. They both come with a super cute puff. It only cost $6,99 and last more or less all day long. It's not scented and you can find it in 10 different lovely shades! It's 8,5 g, the dimension of a palm size.
How They looks on my face, (don't mind my dark circles)
on the left Raspberry Tarte, on the right Carrot Cheesecake.
Well.. maybe with this light you can't really tell the difference ><
The orange one it's quite highlighting while the pink one it's more matt.

So hope you like it! Feel free to comment and follow me ♥♥
Byeee, see u soon! (^-^)/♥

・ Review + Swatches ・Etude House Tear Drop Powder Eyes Diamond Pearl

Hello!! how are you today? maybe I'm making too many posts, and i don't even know if someone reads it but  I'm totally into it now and you know what? I love it!

Today I want to show you something that I bought this summer in S. Korea.

An ETUDE HOUSE (another korean brand)  eyeshadow, the Tear Drop Powder Eyes Diamond Pearl in #4 Crystal Pearl (pink)

I don't have much to say about this one, only that  I'm quite disappointed.. It's too light!! when I first tried it on the finger it looked pretty awesome but on the eyelid I can't even see it!! I don't know if it depends  on my fair skin because I think it would look better on someone with dark skin. But well.. if you use a lot of it you can make a pretty good glittery look and  if you put it on the bottom lashes it gives a bright looking eyes.

A way (for me) to make it looks better it's to put it above another eyeshadow. Or according to sellers you can use this one anywhere you want with shadow tip or finger. (because it comes out without a brush)

The packaging is so cute and classy!! it contains Diamond Powder and fine glottering particles to blown up your makeup, it shines brillantly under the lights.

The price is around $ 7.03 and it's 2g. You can find it in any Etude House store like I did this summer when I went to Seoul, or online! :)

It has five variations:

#01 Crystal White Tear
#02 Crystal Gold Tear
#03 Crystal Violet Tear
#09 Crystal Pearl Tear

Hope you like it, feel free to comment and follow me. ^^
